Under the contract a number of services will be available to provide support for current expert groups or similar entities or new groups including ad hoc technical advisory groups on a specific topic matter, to be established based on the need of the operating unit within DG SANTE. These can be clustered as follows:

1. Organising an expert group or stakeholder meeting in Luxembourg or Brussels (e.g. including preparation of meetings, logistics and communication and dissemination services)
2. Coordination and scientific support to the expert Group (e.g. including the production of discussion papers or scientific background documents, as well as conducting surveys among expert group members or wider stakeholder audiences and organising scientific webinars
3. General support services to the expert group (e.g. Document translation and layout and online expert groups management on a continuous basis
